CANDIDATES ATTENDING 4 DAYS OF CLASS 

RECEIVE PATIENTS FOR ALL PROCEDURES

patients X-rays, models, (CA boards only), intraoral camera pictures,
medical background and patient consent forms.

Patient finding services provides all patient transportation
and backups for each procedure.

INDIVIDUAL REFERRAL SERVICE:

RECEIVE PATIENTS FOR 1 OR 2 PROCEDURES

 patients X-rays, models,(CA boards only) intraoral camera pictures,
medical background and patient consent forms.

Patient transportation is the responsibility of the dental candidate.
Back up patients for each procedure are available in
select test locations only.
